SLU-PP-332 100mcg 100 caps
SLU-PP-332 is an innovative ERR agonist. Referred to in the literature as an "exercise mimetic," this compound activates pathways of mitochondrial biogenesis and energy metabolism. It is a key tool in preclinical studies of performance and obesity.
Description
SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small-molecule compound belonging to the group of estrogen-like receptor (ERR) agonists. Research has shown activity against three isoforms of these receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ), which play a key role in regulating metabolic processes.
By stabilizing ERR receptors in their active form and enhancing interactions with coactivators such as PGC-1α, SLU-PP-332 contributes to the activation of pathways related to:
- mitochondrial biogenesis,
- increased energy consumption at the cellular level,
- metabolism of fatty acids and glucose.
Due to this mechanism of action, the compound is sometimes referred to in the literature as an "exercise mimetic"because in animal models it induces metabolic responses similar to those observed after long-term endurance training.
Research potential
- In preclinical models, SLU-PP-332 was tested for its effects on energy metabolism, lipid metabolism and mitochondrial function.
- Among other things, an improvement in endurance parameters in rodents, increased expression of muscle metabolism markers and a reduction in fat mass gain were observed.
- The compound is of scientific interest in the context of research on aging, metabolism and body performance.
Status
SLU-PP-332 is currently only in preclinical development. It is not approved as a drug, dietary supplement, or food.
